IL Tavolino started as a pop-up restaurant in 2018 at our home in Creede, Colorado.

The concept is to cook locally sourced and sustainably produced food for groups of 4 to 8 people. The menu at IL Tavolino is designed with your tastes in mind.  We simply ask that you choose a meal based on plant or protein and then we collaborate with you on the rest!
